A revoked status means Cisco has canceled or withdrawn your CCNP Collaboration certification after it was issued, typically due to ethical violations, non-compliance with Cisco policies, or exam integrity issues. When your certification is revoked, you are no longer recognized as a CCNP Collaboration–certified professional and cannot claim or use the credential until the issue is formally resolved with Cisco.

Ethics or Code of Conduct Violation
Cisco may revoke the credential if a certified individual violates the Cisco Code of Ethics or professional conduct guidelines, including dishonesty, misconduct, or misrepresentation.
Fraudulent Information
Providing falsified or misleading information during registration, recertification, or the exam process can result in immediate cancellation of the CCNP Collaboration certification.
Cheating or Exam Misconduct
Actions such as sharing or using unauthorized exam content, impersonation, using prohibited materials, or violating Cisco exam security rules may lead to certification revocation.
Failure to Maintain Certification
If the certificate holder does not complete the required recertification process within the three-year validity period, or does not meet Cisco continuing certification requirements, the CCNP Collaboration credential can be removed.

If the Revocation Is Upheld
Cisco reserves the right to revoke a CCNP Collaboration certification or eligibility in cases involving fraud, dishonesty, or serious ethical violations.
Depending on the severity of the violation, individuals may be restricted from reapplying for certification for a specific period or permanently.
Upon revocation, the individual’s name will be removed from Cisco’s official list of active CCNP Collaboration credential holders.
