Once the ASM® is revoked, you are no longer an EXIN-certified Agile Scrum Master. Cease using the title ASM® on your résumé, LinkedIn, digital badges, employer records, and any certification verification platforms.
If you want to be considered again, you will have to work directly with EXIN Certification Support. Depending on the circumstance, that may involve appealing, submitting supporting documentation, corrective/compliance steps, waiting out a mandatory wait period, or re-taking the Agile Scrum Master exam.
Possible Reasons for Revocation of ASM (EXIN) Certification

File an Appeal (If You Qualify)

Present evidence that backs your claim, should you need to prove anything, by providing relevant documents like test results, identification, evidence of your course, communications, and other proof that you have been adhering to EXIN’s guidelines on certification.
Certification will be permanently revoked based on fraud, examination misconduct, impersonation, or serious violations of the EXIN Certification Program rules and Code of Conduct. The degree of the penalty depends on the severity of the violation that has occurred: EXIN may restrict the candidate from re-taking the ASM® examination for a specific period of time, or in extreme cases, from taking any of the EXIN certification examinations forever.
Losing the ASM certification means that your name shall be removed from all EXIN official records. You will not be allowed to state, show, or put the ASM credential anywhere—on resumes, professional profiles, digital badges, employer records, or certification verification services.
Always provide accurate and verifiable information during your Agile Scrum Master (ASM®) exam registration, certification records, and any audits or verification checks conducted by EXIN. Strictly follow EXIN’s certification policies, exam rules, and Code of Conduct at all times.
